Nardia Baxter Keene from Goldfields Farmhouse Cheeses will guide you through the principles and fundamentals of cheese making
You will make a Camembert style cheese to take home. You will also make and learn how to create your own starter culture and watch as Nardia demonstrates how to make fresh ricotta.
