Learn the techniques & traditional recipes to create your own festive French charcuterie

Class includes: Duck Liver Parfait, Pate en Croute and Galantine of Chicken

This is a hands on class with elements of demonstration. Class includes recipes, lunch with a glass of wine and take home products.
