Our most popular class will have you producing the tastiest traditional English pork pies. You will learn how to make hot water pastry, the perfect blend of spices and how to use a traditional pork pie 'dolly'. Class also includes a classic Rough Puff pastry used to make our proper Cornish Pasty ( and Eccles cakes )This class is hands on, fun and suits all skill levels.
Class includes recipes, lunch and take home goods.
