A fun, hands on class teaching lots of different ways to make sausages at home Class will include classic French Toulouse, En Crepinette, Duck Neck Sausage & Boudin Blanc This class will also show you how to make the most delicious bacon at home
Class includes recipes, lunch and take home goods.
