Salsa Verde

Oh this sauce ! It's fresh, vibrant and zingy

It's deliciously green - and makes everything taste like Spring

You can easily make it by hand using whatever fine herbs you have. 

Serve with grilled vegetables or barbecued meats. Fold through natural yoghurt and serve with roasted pumpkin or simply have it on the table to accompany everything from Nicoise Salad, Boiled New Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus or Roast Lamb.

You can change the herbs you use to compliment the dish your serving

For fish you could add dill, try chervil with egg dishes, tarragon and chicken go beautifully
