Here they are - our brand new classes for2024. There will be more classes released later in the year, plus a couple of special seasonal classes including Easter Hot Cross Bun classes and an Autumn Salad Class

We specialise in teaching you how to make what we make, professionally - pastry, pies & pickles. We share all of our secrets and tips for successful cooking. It's all very old school - with classic recipes, traditional techniques, and real life tips, to make you better cooks at home.

Gerry and I absolutely loved the Pork Pie Making Class!! It was just amazing and so is your husband. Thank you so much we have made a couple of batches and they have turned out so delicious. Yum!
