A traditional English style pork pie - Made festive with pork, figs, pistachio, Christmas spices and a port wine jelly. It is served at room temperature. It comes in large (approx. 1.2kg), medium (approx. 680g) or individual. This classic hand raised pie makes a magnificent centrepiece.
