Our Favourite Spring Things Class : Pastry & Spring Veg

A 3 hour hands on class teaching a little bit of everything we love about Spring. Fresh herbs, eggs, vegetables, lemons and of course buttery pastry.

You will make a Spring Veg Quiche, a salad and a herb mayonnaise plus a classic, zingy lemon tart.

Class includes tastings, recipes, lunch and take home goods.
