Your teacher & qualified chef, Damian has been professionally making all sorts of pastry for over a decade. He knows how to solve all of the issues that happen at home - too crumbly, too much shrinking, tastes doughy, burns on the edges, just doesn't taste amazing. This class will show you what you need and some basic principles to ensure you get it right every time. Simple, effective and tasty - you will be sharing your home made pies and quiches with everyone you love.
This class is hands on, fun and suits all skill levels.
Class includes tastings, recipes, a quick lunch and take home goods. Plus lots of time to ask questions and share stories. Recipes will include Short Crust Pastry, Rough Puff Pastry, Chicken & Leek Pie, Quiche Lorraine and more.
