This class is part of our special seasonal series -a fun way to learn a little bit of everything.
You will make pastry and create a delicious pie - including tips on stocks and braising. You will create a beautiful braised, winter vegetable dish plus a sweet using seasonal fruit. Lots of seasonal recipes using whatever is in season; menu will be confirmed closer to the date of the class.
The class is hands on, fun and suits all skill levels.
Class includes tastings, recipes, a quick lunch and take home goods. Plus lots of time to ask questions and share stories. Recipes will include Short Crust Pastry, Rough Puff Pastry, Chicken & Leek Pie, Quiche Lorraine and more.
