A 4 hour hands-on workshops This class is seasonally focussed and covers a range of techniques.

Class will include sweet & savoury bottling, tomato sauce, beetroot relish, pickled eggplant, pickled onion and seasonal fruit conserves. Also tips for canning/bottling at home

Class includes recipes, lunch and take home goods.
