A very special short course on how to create vibrant, tasty and wholesome salads - including tips on how to make the right dressing for the right salad, how to create balance with crunch and zing and how to make a quick pickle.

Class includes a root veg & grain salad and an Autumn slaw. You will go home with some pickled currants and toasted seeds & nuts to use at home.
